The interior and exterior revamp of Cari de Madame is as simplistic as this curry cafe’s menu! The project originally took inspiration from the Chinese word for “diner” … “can-ting”. “Can” references the meal, which is in front of “ting”, the eating place. This informed the open layout and high visibility between chef’s quarters and customer.
