Pontcysyllte Aqueduct, near Wrexham in Wales. The Pontcyslite Aquaduct carries the Shropshire Union Canal across the River Dee. The aquaduct is 127 feet above the valley floor. Walked the footpath right next to the canal!

In 1214, the Archbishop of Canterbury and 25 barons swore at the high altar that they would make King John sign the charter that would become Magna Carta. He signed it (under protest) at Runnymede the following year.
