How to Make the Cardboard Picture Frame

DIY Fabric Cardboard Picture frame Grab a piece of card board trace a rectangle about 1/2 inch to an inch smaller your picture. Cut 4 strips of fabric that are bigger than the side the piece if for. Use spray adhesive to attach the fabric to the front of the "frame" (I used tape to attach the bits than hungover the sides to the back just because it is less messy but you can also use spray adhesive.) Then tape of glue your picture in and tape or glue ribbon to the back.
