Garlic riblets-tender and delicious. Get a rack if baby back ribs cut into riblets. Boil them for about 45 min. Drain and set aside. Mix 1 c brown sugar, 1 c water, 3 cloves garlic, 3 tbsp soy sauce and 3 tbsp molasses in a large pan. Heat to boiling, add riblets, and sauté for about 20 min. YUM!!
