{African Chicken} I think this is very close to my family's recipe. For the crock pot, I would freeze the chicken, a can of diced tomatoes, and spices to be thawed and cooked later. Not sure if the peanut butter MUST be added at the end. I think we've always baked it in the sauce with the chicken. Low for 6-8 hours? Maybe need more broth? Serve on top of rice.
