Viral Snickers Date Bark
SNICKERS DATE BARK 10-12 medjool dates 2 Tbsp drippy peanut butter 2 Tbsp chopped peanuts ½ cup chocolate chips 1 tsp coconut oil flaky salt 1️⃣ Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Open dates and press down onto the sheet. 2️⃣ Spread peanut butter on the dates. Sprinkle on peanuts. 3️⃣ Melt chocolate with coconut oil and spread it on. 5️⃣ Sprinkle on salt and pop bark into the freezer for 10-15 minutes. Remove from the freezer, chop into 10 pieces. 6️⃣ Store in the fridge or freezer.
