This project was originally created by me for a free-lance book publication that included quilting projects which focused on borders and bindings. The scrappy background with companion scrappy borders were the specific elements that led to creation of this banner quilt. This fun sunflower runner comes from a Disa Designs book called My Runners. It was so fun and quick to make. This runner will be one of three runners that I made for my sister who has a new kitchen with a new farm table. A great late summer/fall runner. Look closely.....Continuous leaves in the border.
