【材料(ココット型3~4個分)】 ・板チョコ(ビター推奨) 1枚 ・卵 2個 ・バターマーガリン) 大3 ・薄力粉 ふんわり山盛りの大1 1.板チョコを小さく割り、バターといっしょに電子レンジで1分~1分半。スプーンでかき混ぜてよく溶かす。 2.ボウルに卵・薄力粉を入れてよく混ぜる。白っぽくムラなく混ざるとOK。泡立て器で手早く一気にガーッとやるのがコツ。 3.1と2を合わせて混ぜ、型に8分目ほど流す。 4.予熱したオーブントースターに入れて5分焼く
