This hot spring and waterfall is located in Izu Peninsula, Hoshu, Japan. There are a total of 7 waterfalls in the mountains above Kawazu Town. They range from 2 to 30 meters tall.

Instead of having kaisekiryouri (Traditional Japanese cuisine) at Hirobun in Kibune, opt to have nagashi-soumen which is a fun way to eat cold noodles. The noodles come sliding down a pipe that you have to catch with your chopsticks as it passes in front of you. They time it so you get your noodles one bite at a time and they make it so you’re only sharing your pipe with your own party so you don’t have to share it with other guests

KANSAI-KYOTO: Kibune: A town near Kyoto that has restaurants that let you dine above the stream, a relatively famous temple, and is hiking distance from an onsen on the other side of the mountain. I think spending the night at the onsen, then hiking here to spend the day, then hiking back to the onsen to spend another night, would be a delightful experience. :)
