Kyōto - Nakagyō: Honke Owariya    Honke Owariya (本家尾張屋本店), located at 322 Kurumayacho-Nijyo, was established in 1465 and is said to be the oldest noodle shop in Kyoto. Over the centuries, Owariya has served emperors and shoguns as well as the monks of many of the temples of Kyoto.
